I didn't receive my license key. What should I do?

First, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, you can retrieve your license code on our website or email our support team at support@vidifab.com. We will help you get it quickly.

What if my license key isn't working?

If you run into an error while registering, try these quick fixes:

Copy and Paste: To avoid mistakes, copy the code from your confirmation email and paste it into the registration box.
Check for Special Characters: If your code has special symbols and you still see an error, reach out to us. We'll send you a new code with only English characters for easier activation.
Verify Subscription Status: Make sure your membership is active. If it's expired, you'll usually get an error when using the code.
Internet Connection: Ensure your computer is connected to the internet so our system can check your license.

How do I register VidiFab with my license code?

On Windows: Open VidiFab software on your PC. Click the Menu icon (the three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner. Select "Register" from the dropdown list. Enter your licensed email address and the code you received, then click the "Register" button.
On Mac: Launch VidiFab software on your Mac. Go to the menu bar at the very top of your screen and click on "VidiFab". Choose the "Register" option. Input your email and license key, then click "Register" to unlock the full version.

Can I switch my license from Windows to Mac (or vice versa)?

Licenses are specific to each platform. A Windows license won't work on a Mac, and vice versa. If you accidentally bought the wrong version, just reach out to us at support@vidifab.com within 7 days of your purchase. We'll happily switch your license to the right platform for free. After that period, you might need to buy a new one.

What should I do if I bought the wrong product?

If you find out you bought the wrong software, buy the right one from our store first. Then, send an email to our support team with both order IDs. We'll give you a full refund for the wrong purchase.

Which streaming platforms does VidiFab support?

Currently, we support high-quality downloads from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Apple TV+. Our team is constantly working to add even more platforms in future updates.

What video quality can I expect?

For most movies and TV shows, you can download content in 1080p or 720p HD. However, the final quality depends on the maximum resolution available for that specific title on the streaming service.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can download?

No, there are no limits! Once you purchase a VidiFab license, you can download as many videos as you like. It's that simple: if you can watch the video on your streaming platform, you can save it with VidiFab to watch offline

Can I save subtitles as separate files?

Yes. VidiFab allows you to save subtitles as separate .srt files, or you can choose to embed them directly into your video.

Can I play the downloaded videos on any device?

Yes! VidiFab saves your videos in highly compatible formats like MP4 or MKV. This means you can transfer your files and watch them on your iPhone, Android phone, tablet, Smart TV, or gaming console without any playback issues.

Why did my video download fail?

Download failures can happen for several reasons, such as network issues, platform changes, or outdated software. Try checking your internet connection, restarting the app, or updating VidiFab to the latest version. If the issue continues, contact our support team for help.

How do I update VidiFab to the latest version?

To update, simply click the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner of the app and select "Check for Updates." VidiFab will automatically check if a newer version is available for you to download.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

We really appreciate your help in making VidiFab better! If you find a bug, please send an email to support@vidifab.com. To help us fix it faster, please describe what happened and, if possible, attach a screenshot or your log files. Our technical team will get on it right away.
