VidiFab Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident every time you choose VidiFab. We know that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you need to discuss a refund, our goal is to handle every request with fairness and transparency. This policy explains how we handle refund cases and the simple steps to take if you need help with your order.

Getting Your License Key

After your purchase, you will receive your license key via email within minutes. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If it's still missing, you can retrieve your license key here or simply contact us at support@vidifab.com.


Note: If you accidentally purchased the Windows version but need the Mac version or vice versa, just let us know within 7 days. We will switch your platform for free. After the first week, you will need to purchase a new license for the other platform.

Money-Back Guarantee Period

We offer a “Try-Before-You-Buy” approach so you can test our software before making a final decision. Our refund period starts from the date of purchase:

  • Monthly License: 14-day money-back guarantee
  • Annual & Lifetime Licenses: 30-day money-back guarantee

Accepted Circumstances

VidiFab will issue a refund to your original payment method in the following cases:

  • Wrong Purchase: You purchased the wrong product but then bought the correct one from VidiFab within the guarantee period (14 or 30 days). We will refund the original purchase.
  • Duplicate Billing: You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error with the payment platform.
  • Technical Issues: The software has a major technical problem, and our support team cannot provide a fix or a solution within 30 days.

Unaccepted Circumstances

We generally do not offer refunds in these situations:

  • Time Limit: Your request is made after the 14-day or 30-day guarantee period.
  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the software after purchase.
  • Competitor Purchase: You purchased the wrong product from us and then bought a similar product from another company.
  • Insufficient Info: You request a refund for a technical issue but refuse to provide details or help our team troubleshoot.
  • Non-Contact: You did not receive your key but never contacted us for help.
  • Price Differences: You request a refund because of price differences in different regions or from different sellers.
  • Misunderstanding: You did not read the product description or try the free version before buying to check compatibility.
  • Partial Bundles: You want a partial refund for one product that was part of a bundle.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If your request falls under the accepted circumstances above, please contact our support team at support@vidifab.com. To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your Order ID or Transaction ID
  • The reason for your refund request

What Happens After You Submit a Refund Request?

We review all requests within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

After a refund is issued, your license will be deactivated immediately. It will stop future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
